Finding Our Identity, Purpose, and Calling
Second Baptist Student Ministry exists to move teenagers grades 6-12 and their families towards a personal relationship with God. Our hope is that every student will develop an understanding of their identity, purpose, and calling in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Current Series
This semester, we are working through the Old Testament prophets! As we focus in on important individuals and nations in the Bible, we will learn how our lives connect to God's overall mission in the world.
Our Focus for This Year: Mission
For the 2022-23 school year, our focus is on Mission: Seeing Our Lives in Light of God's Great Story. Our goal is that by seeing how God has worked throughout history, our students will learn how to see their lives in the proper light: made by God and for Him. Everything we do this year will tie into this overarching theme!

Sunday Mornings | 9:15 AM
Students gather in the Student Building for a time of teaching and discussion groups on Sunday mornings. Groups are divided by age and gender as we spend our time studying God’s word together. Students are then invited to worship during SBC's main service time at 10:30 AM in the Main Worship Center.

Wednesday Nights | 6:00 PM
Wednesday nights at 6 PM, students are invited to a night of worship, teaching, and discussion, where they will go deeper into the Bible's implications for both their personal lives and the current culture. This gathering includes music, games, and small group breakouts for more in-depth application.
