Fall Retreat 2022

We are headed just north of Hot Springs for a 3-day retreat at Brook Hill Ranch! Our theme for this retreat is “KNOWN: God’s Plan, Our Purpose”. We will be discussing how to discover our life’s purpose by finding our beginning, middle, and end in God.

We will begin Friday evening by kicking our weekend of at SBC for a meal, then we will carpool to Brook Hill Ranch. Saturday we will have an entire day jam-packed with Wakeboarding, Tubing, Laser Tag, and TONS of other activities, small groups, and worship services! Sunday we will have breakfast and one final time of worship and reflection before heading back to Second Baptist Church to wrap up our weekend!

Our speaker for the week will be Pastor Clark Whitney from Immanuel Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR! Clark has a passion for student ministry, and he loves to see students grow in their walk with the Lord. He will be leading our 3 main sessions on Friday/Saturday!

We are also excited to have the Kyle Thurman Band lead worship for us for the whole weekend! You may remember them from our local FCA’s “Fields of Faith” events, as well as Spring Retreat earlier this year! They are such a talented team, with a great heart for worship.
